| Hello, I tried gel running several times, and sometimes I see this kind of gel (picture attached) The one in the left is a DNA-ladder, but here it looks like dripping cheese. Sometimes I see very good rectangular shaped steps, but occasionally I see this. Could you let me know what I am doing wrong? Thank you for your help! |
