| On what would be the best media to culture an unknown anaerobic thermophile? (Microscopy suggests organism is a yeast or fungi.) |

| "Yeast" refers to a morphology - not a taxonomic group and in any case - all are fungi. If general enrichment broth at temperature doesn't work, suggest you try to recreate conditions of original context (pH, etc.). |
