Default Preparation of inoculum


Hi

I need to prepare an inoculum of 100CFU of bacteria and fungi cultures. Could anyone guide me on the steps involved and also what instruments will I be needing. Can I use a counting chamber to count the cells?

Is this for a class? You can buy commercial preprations to this purpose.

No, MacFarland standard is not useful at that level.
