Hi
what is the range of overexpression of protein in E.coli (mg/liter of culture) in soluble form and also in inclusion bodies form. did anyone has studied it or overexpress the protein itself?

Hey there Aftab,
with E.coli I have read that proteins can be overexpressed at rates from 4. 4 mg/L to even 60 mg/L or more.
