Default bacterial spores

hi!
i am not in the field of microbiology, but i have a question...
does anyone know how it would be possible to fixate bacterial spores (B. subtilis) with all the required nutrients into a microtitre plate, so that when a reagent (liquid) is added the nutrients dissolve and the spores begin to germinate?
which substance could be used to fix it all together?

thanx!

Ok, imagination here we go xD! Because i've never done something like you wanna do.

Maybe you can coat a plate with the spores like you normally do for ELISA.

And for the nutrients, maybe liofilization could work. You put the liofilized growing media into the spore-coated plate, fix it by adding pressure to the powder and finally you can add the water and theorically it should work.

I don't know if this has been done before, but anyway you could try ^^
