i am isolating Bt from some enviromental sample
but i dont know whether colony growth in NA medium is bt or not?
so i must identification it using some protocol i got
one of the protocol is using staining parasporal of bt
in this protocol compotition of coomassive blue not attend
just explain percent of ratio coomasive blue and acetic acid
and i wanna know about volume each..

I stained parasporal bodies in Bt using Sudan B. you can try this too.
