Antibiotic Storage

Hi guys,
I am storing my antibiotics (ampicillin penicillin and the like) in the 4C fridge wet.

Is this a good long term (months - year) idea?

Do you guys aliquot and store in -80C or keep as a powder?

well
from the powder you should prepare in quantity that you can use it for 6 months or so and then aliquit it in eppendorf and store it at -20oC, and when you have to use it, you can thaw and use it and it will work for months and year. instead of 4oC you should keep it at -20oC.

Hi..
yes it is Preferred to store antibiotics at -20 C in small volumes to avoid thawing and freezing.
