Does anyone (microbiology experts) know how to pour agar plates well?
1. agar gaps: swirl it for a moment and make sure the agar covered the plate surface
2. generate water in fridge: obviously, your pouring temperature for agar is too high, make it around 40 degree C would be nice~~
3. it need experience and what kind of thickness that you wishing for...
for me i pour until agar just nice to cover all the plates~~
