******m™ Red+ Bacterial Gram Stain and Viability Kit V7023

Dear all,
has anyone ever used the ******m™ Red+ Bacterial Gram Stain and
Viability Kit V7023? I am planning to buy it and I have a couple of
questions. First of all, will I be able to clearly see the dual
staining of cells? And secondly, with respect to the protocol could I
just centrifuge my sample in an Eppendorf tube without the 0.2
µm-pore size spin filter?
