Default Protein surface problem

Hi,
Just wonder what kind of protein surface, namely molecular protein surface
or (water) accessible protein surface, should I calculate for consideration
of the geometry of interaction between a proteinous antigen and a
immunoglobulin. Any ideas? Regards,
Stefek
