| Hi, My lab has recently started working on mRNA microarrays. The first array we looked at has about 47k probes. After subtracting the background noise, I'm left with about 8,500 probes that don't have any negative values. The other 39K have at least 1 negative. I was curious if this many negative values is normal and if anyone has any suggestion on how to deal with it. Thanks. |
