average of many controls
I have one querry
how in microarray experimentation average of too many controls can be taken to compare with each individual Treated samples.Is there is any standard procedure?.Please do let me knw..

do you mean average of many control (housekeeping) genes? or do you mean having many experimental samples as controls?
