 average of many controls hiii I have one querry how in microarray experimentation average of too many controls can be taken to compare with each individual Treated samples.Is there is any standard procedure?.Please do let me knw..  |

 Re: average of many controls do you mean average of many control (housekeeping) genes? or do you mean having many experimental samples as controls? get all the information you need about genomics and other "-omics" at [Only registered users see links. ] and [Only registered users see links. ] |
