| hi all.. i've been studying 2 datasets (control and experimental with 3 replicates each) using R tool.. the problem is whenever i apply mas5 presence calls algorithm, its showing error in function.. Code: library("limma")
> data=ReadAffy()
> eset.mas5calls=mas5calls(data)

NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 2)

| It looks like you're trying to divide something by zero. Nan/Inf's are most often a product of divide-by-zero errors. Bryan |
