wats wrong with this code?? compiler's crashing..

hi all..

i've been studying 2 datasets (control and experimental with 3 replicates each) using R tool.. the problem is whenever i apply mas5 presence calls algorithm, its showing error in function..

Code:

library("limma")

> data=ReadAffy()

> eset.mas5calls=mas5calls(data)

Getting probe level data...

Computing p-values

Error in FUN(1:6[[1L]], ...) : 

  NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 2)

what does this error mean?? and how do i solve this ?? please help me..

It looks like you're trying to divide something by zero. Nan/Inf's are most often a product of divide-by-zero errors.

Oh... !! Thank you.. but is there any package/method in R to remove such NA's ??
