what does this error mean and how do ii solve it ??

hi all..
i've been analysisng 2 data-sets (with 3 replicates each) using R..
My problem is, whenever i try to run mas5 presence calls on the data, its throwing an error in Function..

I've attached a screen shot for reference.. Please help me !
