 how to create model matrix ?! Hi all.. I'm very new to micro array data analysis.. my sir has given me some CEL files and asked me crack my head with it.. 'm using R for analysis.. 'm trying hard to understand all concepts.. but m not getting how to create model matrix..what all parameters that i should enter in command prompt..? on what basis i shud give?? i've 6 cel files.. 2 control and 4 experimental.. plz help me ! at least suitable examples or links could help me.. sorry if i'm not explaining things properly.. thanks!  |
