Default NimbleGen 2.1M tiling array for expression studies?



Hi All,

I am quite confused about the experiment. I got few left over slides designed for ChIP-chip experiments, they are NimbleGen 2.1M tiling array slides and whole X - chromosome (only "+ strand") tiled on the array

Can I use these NimbleGen 2.1M tiling array for expression studies?

I appreciate your valuable advises.
