| There are any expert to answer my litle question: I have oligo(dT)-T7 of aRNA amplification kit (AM1753) of Applied biosystem: Can I substitute the oligo(dT)-T7 with T7-random hexamer? I just want to know if that is possible? Thank you very much. |
