Question Performing a microarray study in HS lab

Hi, I am a high school biology teacher that teaches a research course. One of my students wants to expose C. elegans to nicotine and compare microarrays of nicotine exposed worms with non exposed worms. How reasonable is it to perform microarrays in a HS lab and how would we proceed? We have a basic understanding-need to make cDNA's of both worm sets, need to label cDNA,s, need a to hybridize to microarray chip, wash, and visualize.
