 affy package Good afternoon (where i live is afternoon in this moment) I am studying affy and competive microarrays. In an exam my teacher asked: explain the affy package. Honestly I don't know what is the correct answer. In my opinion I could talk about : GCOS, dchip and bioconductor...but I am not sure. What do you think about? thanks a lot. Have a good day.  |
