| Hi, I wonder if anybody could help me with my issue. I was wondering how could I find out if my probeset represent gene or ESTs. I have chicken Affymetrix probsets IDs and tried to use NetAffx analysis centre - is there any other software that allows to distingush between ESTs and genes from the probeset list? Many thanks for any hints.... |
