 Which is the best oligo designing tool for microarrays Hiii everybody! Please advice me as to which oligo designing online software to use, also if the designed oligos are having Tm=70degC then how to set the hybridisation temperature while carrying out hybridisation with the oligos as probes and cdna as the target? Though I did go through a few softwares available online I want one which is freely available and is reliable  |

| Re: Which is the best oligo designing tool for microarrays Hi, Why don't you try Agilent's eArray Tool. its an online free oligo designing tools provided by Agilent technologies. The designed oligos can be used to design a microarray for Agilent microarray platform. as I am new to this forum, I cannot post the URL for the eArray. You can find on google or agilent website.
