Question Imagene or Scanalyse for Microarray Software?

this is a question we have received:

I'm currently working on a project about cdna microarray image analysis. I have been searching through the algorithms and I'm pretty confused. I can see that You are actually using these programs like Imagene or Scanalyse... Could you say which one is superior to the others on this field? Because some of them says this way is the best while the others says it is the worst?
