 ChIP on chip Affymetrix I am conducting ChIP on chip experiments on Affymetrix tiling microarrays. Using the Affymetrix protocol I amplified my chromatin immunoprecipitated DNA with dntps and dutps. The problem is that i get signal after 1ng of DNA from my template after 30 cycles, but only signal after 34 cycles for my amplified DNA. I am worred i may be amplifying non-specific product. does anyone have a similar problem? thanks  |
