Default Cancer Microarray?

Hi are there any cancer specific microarrays available? ie cDNA microarrays with cDNA array sequences expressed in different types of cancers such as lung breast etc?

thanks

How about this from Clontech:

The Atlas Human Cancer cDNA Expression Array includes 588 human cDNAs, nine housekeeping control cDNAs, and negative controls immobilized in duplicate dots on a nylon membrane. Two identical arrays are included, along with reagents for synthesizing radioactively labeled cDNA probes. A transparent Orientation Grid is also provided to allow identification of cDNAs corresponding to the positive hybridization signals. See the enclosed CD-ROM for functional classes and complete gene representation on this array.

Hello,

We have a whole genome human cancer specific CGH microarray in our catalog DNA microarray list. The arrays are designed for use with Agilent platform and are printed using Agilent’s SurePrint technology (in-situ synthesis of high quality oligos). We have a wide range of DNA microarrays for different Model organisms for all the microarray applications. As now I am not allowed to post URL on the forum, If you are interested write to us at for more details.

If you didn't get the DNA microarray of your interest in our catalog design list, we offer custom microarray designing services to cater specific requirement of your research.

We (Genotypic Technology) are a genomics and bioinformatics solutions provider in Bangalore, India serving the global scientific community by providing high quality Microarray based services. We are an Agilent certified microarray service provider and have specialization on custom array designs for all the applications of microarrays.

Hope this msg will cater to your requirement. Look forward to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Rohit Shukla,
