GeneSpring v9

Hello!

I'm using GeneSpring version 9 to analyze my microarray data...and it is giving me quite a difficult time. I was wondering if anyone out there in the gene expression society has the same experience with this program, and if someone knows a reliable and user friendly alternative to GeneSpring.

I recommend you the Spotfire Functional Genomics package, it's very powerful and has great visualizations

Now they have launched a new version , you can find further information at Integromics website, the company which has implemented this module
