Default How to get fold changes from 1wanova Ttest

I have a question regarding microarray analysis.
I have done an experiment with 18 arrays, 6 conditions each in triplicates. All of my samples have the same control DNA. I used Genespring software to compare the groups of triplicates to one-another, as I do not care about the folds between sample and control within the replicates, but I need fold changes between two groups of triplicates. 1 way ANOVA t-test gives me list of genes up and downregulated between two groups, but no fold changes, it gives p-value instead.
Could you help me in solving this problem? Is there a software that will give me fold changes?

Thank you for your time

Sorry for late reply

There is no free trial for Genowiz. Instead, you send an email expressing interest in their software and they will contact you and arrange free online tutorial. You will be able to see their computer screen as they show you the software and answer your questions. This way you get free training on the software. Any problem, you get stuck in the analysis there is 24 h chat help on their website. They will send you a online meeting invite and demonstrate part of the analysis or even analyse your data. They helped me a lot. The price was Australian $2000 for permanent licence. The web site is:
