i do an extraction for determining some strains of bacteria in aride zone
i would like to know what s the origin of some happening during extraction
like when we extract with phenol there are something stikning in the liquid phase and we cannot take out the aqueous easly to put it on chloroform to eliminat phenol

I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for. What do you want to do with the DNA once extracted? After the Phenol extraction, perform a chloroform extraction and precipitation and your DNA should be ok to use or to store.
