    Good Morning,

I am writing to express my great interest in applying for the doctorate degree (PhD) in any University at anywhere. I am working as a Junior Technical officer in Central Salt Marine Chemical Research Institute (CSIR-India). I did my M.Sc in Applied Microbiology from Madras University. After finishing my studies, I carried my research in molecular microbiological and biotechnological field and got 4 years experience.

I have carried out molecular biology research pertaining to metagenomics and cloning techniques under the guidance of Prof. Prakash Bhuta (visiting professor at CSMCRI) from Eastern Washington University, Washington, USA. I have well experienced with microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology research field.

I am keen interested and would like to work biotarea. I have well experienced with microbiology (extremophiles), molecular biology (stress responsible gene) and biotechnology (Enzyme and bio-ethanol production) research field.

I would like to know the opportunity from your University through you. I would be grateful if you advice to me or convey this message to your guide for the doctorate degree. If you need my CV and other documents, I'll provide to you. Looking forward your reply.

A very simple recipe, using just four genes was found to transform adult human skin cells into cells that are very similar to embryonic stem cells.
These results were reported in immediate early publication in the journal Cell.

The transformed cells have most of the physical, growth and genetic features of ES cells (embryonic stem cells) and are pluripotent (meaning they can differentiate like stem cells to produce many other cell types, including nerve cells and heart cells...
