I'm working on ethylene in tomato, as known this hormone are induced and produced under stress ( drought in my case), now i got the RNA then cDNA from my explant under different stress level, unfortunatly i failed all the times to quantify this hormons by RT-PCR, anyone can tell me why i can not get any band for it,
I was suspecting on my primer, enzymes, buffer, all are ok after several confirmations.
