Mass Spectrum

Hi,

Generally a mass spectrum is defined as intensity vs. m/z. Do you agree?

That being said... using quadrupole MS the signal is given for each mass point in the scan in terms of pressure units. How does one convert from pressure to intensity (or relative intensity)????

merci beaucoup
