Molecular weight calculation of Herceptin

Hi Everybody,

The molecular weight of herceptin is 148 kDa. Can anyone enlighten me on how the molecular weight is being calculated ?

I tried used GPMAW, input the light and heavy chain sequence to calculate the mass of Herceptin. I even added N-glycosylation, but am still unable to obtain 148kDa. Please kindly explain and help!
