 Inconsistency in Area of Chromatogram Hi, I am having problem in obtaining the consistent area of peaks (Chromatogram). % of CV calculated with 10 repeated readings (injected 10 times from the same vial). The % of CV is 14%. Any suggestion to trouble shoot the problem? Thank You.  |

| Re: Inconsistency in Area of Chromatogram I'm having the same problem, only that the CV% I obtain is around 35%, the area goes from 1 200 000 to 400 000 cps in the 10th injection. How did you solve the problem? |
