Developing a dopamine detection method for LC-MS/MS on a QSTAR
 

Hey,

Has anyone performed any dopamine detection work before?

I'm developing a method for detecting dopamine using an LC-MS/MS QSTAR setup.

I have been employing a HILIC column for chromatography, 10mM Ammonium acetate or formate in buffer A, 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile in buffer B, a gradient from 90%B to 20%B, scans targeting a parent ion of m/z 154 and diagnostic fragment of m/z 91.

The results have been... varied.

Any suggestions, comments, jokes to brighten my day would be greatly appreciated.
