Default Utility for Converting Mass Spectrometry Files



Hi All!

ms2mz is a free, simple utility for converting between mass spectrometer file formats. The most common use of ms2mz is to convert proprietary binary files to MGF peak list files. This is a handy way to prepare your files for upload to Proteome Cluster.
