 How much total protein is needed before digestion of a 78 protein solution? So, I need to figure out how much total protein I should used before digestion with trypsin in order to conduct MS/MS?  |

 Re: How much total protein is needed before digestion of a 78 protein solution? We have got MS/MS done from in-gel-digested peptides from 15 pmoles of BSA in MALDI-TOF-TOF. |
