Where to buy a Mass Spec?

Hi,

Just found this site on Google. I'm Ray from Western Australia.

I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction please?

I am looking for a relatively cheap mass spectrometer for the home. I've seen a few on the internet but I'm wondering if there are any recommeded brands, makes or specs that you could advise me on please? I know very little about what I should look for when buying one.

I don't know what you mean by "cheap" or "for the home," but I recommend either applied biosystems or thermo-electron.

You can get a lot of info from their sales team.
