| Now I meet some questions in using MALDI-TOF-MS to quantify antigen. Would you like to tell me whether the isotope peaks of samples are necessary in quantification? In other words, mass peak intensity of linear mode can not be utilized in quantification by MALDI-MS? Thanks! |

| Yes! the protein antigen's MW is about 3460. the concentration is about 100pg/mL, it's not easy to get mass signal in reflection mode. Instrument:autoflex II (bruker) Another question: Can I use this antigen's derivative( add three amino acid residue) as reference sample? |
