S/n突然下降很多，而且需要的激光强度越来越高才能打出谱图，是不是硬件有问题呢？

不知道你的仪器用了多久了，激光器用了时间较长的话，会存在这个问题，激光的强度在使用过程中会越来越小， 因此调的越来越高。
另外可能原因，你的仪器需要保养了，飞行管入口样品灰尘积聚了，需要清洗。
