 Use of Finigan MS MAT 271 for Helium detection Hello, I need to admit - I am not a mass spectrometrist. Need your advise on the following question. Is it possible to detect 2-10 ppm level of Helium in Neon using MS Finigan MAT 271? Has anybody worked on this instrument with low MW? Thanks        |
