 Retention time extration software  Dear all, Does anyone have any experience with some software which can extract or display the retention time for the specfied m/z ion or multiple ions list(data is produced by HPLC/ESI-Ion Trap).As you see, for protemics shotgun routine, peptides from proteins digestion mixture are separated by 1D-HPLC or multiple dimention LC, and then identified by ESI-Trap. Just we want to know the LC retention time for given peptides, have any software can manage batch data(thousands peptide mass input), and yield the output list which display the mass and the corresponding retention time? Thank you in adv ance for your help!        |

 Re: Retention time extration software Hello Sky, Retention time extration software : Tekmar AutoTrace Extraction software, version 1.33 USGS Methods of Analysis by the U.S. Geological Survey Organic Geochemistry Research Group-Determination of Selected Herbicides Metabolites and Their Degradation Products in Water Using Solid-Phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry I have no experience with them but thats what I found... cheers |
