Essential Lab Equipment Check-list for New Lab

I am hoping of opening up a lab someday just like many here. Please come up with a checklist of all the essential lab equipment most labs should have...
I can start with a few

* computers
* centrifuges ( 1 cooled 1 tabletop 1 micro)
* PCR machine
* shaker (orbital)
* incubator (bacterial plate incubator and for yeast also)
* Bacterial (yeast) culture incubator (for flasks)
* Shelving for chemicals (chemicals included)

Hi
when you perform microbial work then beside the above mentioned apparatus you also need a autoclave (Benchtop for single lab) and an oven to sterilize the media and all other necessary apparatus....
need to add more.........

I am setting up a Mol Bio Lab and this is a list of somethings I came up with:

Non-refrigerated Centrifuge Tabletop for 15 and 50 ml Conicals
Refrigerated Centrifuge Tabletop for 15 and 50 ml Conicals
Non-refrigerated Microcentrifuge Tabletop for 1.5 and 2.0 ml Microtubes w/0.5 ml adaptors.
Refrigerated Microcentrifuge Tabletop for 1.5 and 2.0 ml Microtubes w/0.5 ml adaptors.
Gradient thermocycler, 96x0.2 ul format block
Standard thermocycler, 96x0.2 ul format block
pH-meter w/articulated arm.
Magnetic stirrer/Hot-plates
Water bath
Electrophoresis chamber and power pack w/leads
Liquid nitrogen tank
Pipette kits (p2,p10, p20, p100, p200 & p1000)
Multichannel pipettes
UV Transilluminator
Gel documentation station
CO2 incubator for animal cell culture
Inverted Binouclar Microscope w/phase contrast and camera port
Normal binocular optical microscope
Vertical 20 cf Fridge/Freezer combo
Vertical 20 cf -20°C Freezer
Undercounter fridge/freezers
Vertical 17 cf -86°C Freezer
Small 1000 watt microwave for agarose casting
Class II A/B3 biological safety cabinet
Vacuum pump
CO2 cylinder and regulator, two stage 20 psi
Microbalance
Couple of vortex rotators

And a lot more to come once I get bored of doing some more work. Best
