I've done multiple injections, but not for that long; it becomes quite difficult (tail vein) after about 1 week due to scarring and inflammation due to the multiple injections. I believe that a few companies sell continual-injection pumps that you can attach to your mouse - those may work better, although I have no first-hand experience.

I also suspect they are rather costly.

I have not injected mice for as long as you have, but it does become difficult after 7 or so days; largely due to scarring and inflammation at the injection site (we were using the tail vein).

There are continual infusion systems that may work for your purposes, but they are quite expensive. One example:
