Default mouse mutants for ECM molecules

Helloo everyone,

Our group is involved in generating biomatrix by decellularizing various mouse organs, mostly liver. We then want to reseed them with human stem cells and companions cells. We then thougth it would be great if we could generate liver scaffold from mouse mutant for various ECM....except I am wondering if there are ECM mutants that make it past the embryo stage. So mice experts of various colors, I am begging for advice. Any suggestion as to where and what to look for to find mouse mutations in ECM that are non lethal? Thanks!
Claire
