| Hi, there, Anybody has experience in preparing BAC DNA? I use CsCl gradient to prepare BAC DNA. But there seems lots of small DNA (degradation) in the preparation. I'm also wondering whether I'm correct regarding the location of BAC DNA in CsCl tube. I found a band always near the bottom. Is that correct? Any comments are welcome! pw |
