Default Knockout Mice Gene Targeting Nobel Prize 2007 Videos

Dear friends,
I am a new mwmber and hello to every one. I need more information on knockout mice and gene targeting for which this year Nobel Prize was given. I know the theory part of it. All I need is good animations or videos to supplement the concept. Kindly help me.
