| Hello, I was wondering if anyone here has ever expressed a strep tag fusion protein in a transgenic mouse? We have a construct that we would like to overexpress in mouse skin and currently it is in a construct that introduces a strep tag. However I'm not convinced it's ideal for our purposes since I would want to analyse sections by immunohistochemistry and I'm struggling to find antibodies against the strep tag that are suitable for IHC. Does anyone know of a good antibody for this purpose or would we be better off changing the tag? Many thanks Sally |
