I think the best is to try with the biggest companies, like Jackson Laboratory, Charles River, Harlan and Takonic. In case of negatively answer try to ask to the people that developed the specific mouse. Finally, in case you are looking for a new ko mouse but if you don't have a facility of good experience you can refer to ITL (ingenious targeting laboratory), their mission is to help peole w/o experience or facility to desigen and build ko mice (but I think is very expensive).
