 DAN APTAMER (urgent) hi All, I am anew member here and in the field of DNA apatamer and I need some help. first I am interested in the protein called Endoglin CD105. I have few question : 1- how can I isolate the DNA aptamer from the protein? 2- I would to use SELSX strategies? which I am no familiar to , so could you please help me to find out the main principle and methods (recipes ) from A to Z regards above questions. Your help will be appreciated:  |
