| Hi all, I have a common question regarding the heavy chain and light chain detected in IP/WB that I haven't found a good answer yet. I don't want to crosslink my IP antibody to beads because it may decrease the binding efficiency. Therefore I'm considering the following options instead of 2nd antibody: A. pierce clean blot detecting native IgG B. Trueblot from ebioscience C. HRP conjugated Protein A or G from GE Health. I was wondering if anyone has compared these products and what's your opinion. And does anyone know if clean-blot and true-blot are also HRP conjugated protein A or G? Pierce and ebioscience didn't mention how their products work in their data sheet Last edited by jongleur; 03-20-2012 at 06:18 AM. |
